EXECUTIVE TEAM
Martin Pinck, President
Mr. Pinck has over 35 years experience in sales and marketing, with a
customer base throughout the United States, as well as Mexico and Puerto
Rico. He has been Vice President and Principal Owner of various
manufacturing companies with sales in the multi-millions of dollars. In
addition to his proven track record within the business community, Mr.
Pinck has a long history of association with volunteer and non-profit
organizations. He has demonstrated a particular involvement with security
and facility operations within his own religious organization, thus
prompting his interest in utilizing his business acumen in the areas of
personal and community security concerns.
Michael H Dobin, Executive Vice President
Mr. Dobin has spent 35 years in the finance industry, serving as Director
at CS First Boston, Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald, Senior Vice
President at Lehman Brothers, Director at Charles Schwab Capital Markets,
Vice-President at NDB Securities and Vice President at Vandham Securities.
In these positions, Mr. Dobin has performed numerous duties including
sales, budgeting, planning, business development, accounting and
compliance.
Joseph King, Executive Vice President
Mr. King began his police career in Union City, NJ in 1972, after serving
in the U.S. Military in Korea, and rose to the position of Sergeant, from
which he retired in 1996. In addition to his police training, Mr. King has
obtained numerous certifications and completed a vast array of specialty
courses throughout his career, at various colleges, Police Academies and
the FBI. While in Union City, he instituted a number of well-respected
federally funded programs, including the first Victim Assistance Service
Center in New Jersey, as well as several programs geared towards
juveniles, including an elementary school “Officer Friendly” program, a
Police Explorer Program, and a “National Night Out” program, among others.
Mr. King is an active member of many professional organizations including
various PBA’s, NJ Crime Prevention Officers Assoc. and the Police Honor
Legion of NJ, from which he has received numerous awards, citations and
commendations.
Robert F. Mezey, Executive Vice President
Mr. Mezey is a graduate of St. Peters College; He graduated with a
bachelor degree in Business. Mr. Mezey has been in the financial industry
for 30 years, serving as Vice president of E.F. Hutton, Vice President at
Charles Schwab, Vice President of NDB Securities and Vice President of
Vandham Securities. Mr. Mezey also held numerous positions on various
Committees of the Security Traders Association of New York. His duties
included sales, business planning, development and budgeting.
CONSULTANTS Paul Kelly
Paul Kelly began his career as a police officer in 1959 and continued
advancing through the ranks, becoming Chief of Police in 1990 for the
Union City, NJ Police Department, the 10th largest police department in
New Jersey. He holds an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Seton
Hall University, and has completed numerous training programs with the
State Police, FBI Academy at Quantico, Va., as well as a course in
Security Administration and Management with NJ State University. Mr. Kelly
has served as Security Supervisor for various organizations and
institutions, including the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, and is a
Certified Instructor with NJ Police Training Commission. He is currently
an officer of the Union City PBA Officers Assoc., NJ Crime Prevention
Assoc., NJ State Chiefs of Police Assoc. – Crime Prevention Committee
(Chair), Int. Assoc. Chiefs of Police, and other professional
organizations.
Frank Maisano
Currently a police officer in Aberdeen Township, New Jersey, Frank Maisano
has often led his department in arrests. In addition to graduating from
the New Jersey State Police Academy, Mr. Maisano has an Associates Degree
in Criminal Justice from Brookdale Community College. He also has advanced
training at the NJ State Police Academy, Monmouth County, Ocean County,
and Union County Police Academies, in various specialty areas, including
Computer/Cyber Crimes, Cultural Diversity, Interviewing and Interrogation
Techniques, Bias Investigations, Close Combat and Weapon Disarming,
Controlled Force Techniques, Explosive Devices and Weapons of Mass
Destruction, as well as Weapons of Mass Destruction Decontamination.
